REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. After 72 hours, you will not receive a refund for your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via email so we can remedy the situation. You will most likely receive a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued upon owner's discretion. ​


Shipping is done through USPS. Average processing takes about 3-5 business days. Shipping takes 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking numbers will ALWAYS be sent via email at the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure you are entering the correct contact information upon checkout. If you have any questions or concerns after your order has shipped, please contact your local post office.


Genotype Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays once orders are shipped. You can track your package at the number provided in your shipment confirmation email. ​
